What we collect: your name and contact details, enquiry and onboarding information, training/nutrition/health data (including cycle and symptom tracking, where you provide it), and payment details (handled directly by our payment platforms — we don't see or store your card info).

Why we collect it: to respond to enquiries, deliver and personalise your coaching, process payments, communicate with you, and (with your consent) send marketing.

Who we share it with: the tools that run our business — JotForm (enquiries), Notion (our CRM), Fitsly and Newie (coaching app and payments), Squarespace (website and store), and Calendly (bookings). We don't sell your information.

Cookies: our website uses standard cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can control these in your browser settings.
