Strong minds. Strong bodies. Strong women

Strong isn't just about how you look.

It’s how you show up for yourself every day.

Strength looks like carrying your kids without your back aching. Walking into the gym like you belong there. Eating dinner with your family without doing maths in your head. Showing up for yourself, even on the hard days.

My coaching is built on simple, sustainable systems. No extremes. No punishment. No starting over every Monday. Smart strength training, food you enjoy and habits that fit the life you actually have.

I coach the whole woman. Your training, yes. Also your relationship with food, the voice in your head and the all-or-nothing thinking that keeps pulling you back to square one.

Why the lioness?

She's fierce and soft at the same time. Protective. Nurturing. Powerful.

She carries her pride through every season, the easy ones and the hard ones.

So do the women I coach.

Some seasons you’ll be thriving. Some you’ll be surviving.

Both count. Progress isn't measured only in the weeks where everything goes to plan. It's also built in the weeks where you showed up anyway, even if all you managed was a walk and a decent breakfast.

I'll meet you where you are. Then we'll build from there.

My Story

I've been lifting for over 12 years and coaching women for more than a decade. I didn't start out confident. I started as the girl too nervous to step onto the gym floor alone.

My first gym class was Body Pump. I loved it so much I became an instructor, then a qualified PT in 2015.

Then came competing. Two stages, very lean, and from the outside it looked like I had it all figured out. I didn't. It took me years to rebuild my relationship with food and my body, and to train for how I feel rather than how I look.

I first became a mum in 2023 to my daughter Niamh, and my whole life changed. I learned what it's like when everything is about everyone else, and how hard it can be to fit yourself back into the picture. A whole identity shift, and a lot of sleepless nights!

In 2025 our second daughter, Cora, was born unexpectedly early and very sick, with what we soon discovered was a rare genetic condition. Her short and deeply impactful life was spent in hospital. Now she watches over me, and I spend every day finding my purpose in helping other mums reclaim themselves.

So when a mum tells me she just wants to lose the baby weight, I see what's underneath. The need to feel strong again. To feel like herself. To feel like she exists beyond everyone else's needs.

Fitness is the vehicle. Coming back to yourself is the destination.

If you're a mum in the early years trying to find yourself again, I'd love to be the coach in your corner.

Chrissy was great to work with in pregnancy. She gave exercise adjustments where needed, and worked with the minimal equipment I had at home. I attribute this is why I was mostly pain free throughout my pregnancy, and had a smooth, short labour
