Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Chrissy — a mum of two girls, a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with over 12 years of experience in strength training. I’m a former bodybuilding competitor and now specialise in helping women build strong, confident, capable bodies — at every stage of life.

I’m certified in pregnancy and postnatal training, having completed two specialised courses in this space, and I deeply understand the physical and emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I blend evidence-based training and nutrition with lived experience, empathy, and (when needed) a little tough love to keep you moving forward.

My coaching approach focuses on simple, sustainable lifestyle changes that build long-term habits. No extremes, no punishment, no obsession — just smart strength training, realistic nutrition, and routines that actually fit into real life. My goal is to help you feel like you again… stronger, more confident, and in control.
