Pride is a lighter version of coaching for women who:

  • Want structure and direction, but don't need weekly 1:1 check-ins

  • Like working towards clear goals with support along the way

  • Want training & nutrition guidance that fits real life

  • Prefer flexibility over perfection

  • Enjoy learning, community and shared experiences

  • Are navigating busy lives, motherhood, stress or changing seasons

You don't need to be at a certain fitness level. You just need to be ready to show up imperfectly and keep going.​
