You don't need to be at a certain fitness level. You just need to be ready to show up imperfectly and keep going.​

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes - Pride is designed exactly for that. You'll still have structure, goals and direction from me, but check-ins are monthly and written. It's ideal if you're fairly independent but still want accountability and guidance.

  • No — Pride is group coaching. You’re supported through structured programming, monthly coach feedback, and fortnightly group calls rather than weekly 1:1 check-ins.

    Refer to my 1:1 coaching for this premium level of support.

  • You’ll receive structured training programs inside the app, with gym or home options. A new program drops at the start of each month.

    Programming focuses on strength, progression and consistency.

  • No. Whilst macro tracking is the optimal approach, I understand that it doesn't fit with every busy schedule or season and is optional! You can track nutrition inside the app, or focus on building goal-led nutritional habits.

  • Whilst we aim to hold these calls at times that will suit the majority, we understand not everyone will be available. Calls are recorded for you to watch the replay in your own time.

  • Absolutely. Pride is suitable for beginners through to more experienced lifters. If you are new to weight training or returning after an extended break, we have a Beginner's Block I recommend you start on first.

    Programming and expectations are adaptable to your current level.

  • if you are just getting started the equipment you will need is minimal

    • pairs of dumbbells in a few sizes

    • various bands

    • exercise ball (optional but recommended)

    • step (optional but recommended)

    ​As you get stronger, and if you plan to continue training from home, you will need to get some heavier dumbbells to keep progressing

  • No lock-in. The subscription renews weekly.

  • Once you join and complete the onboarding questionnaires, we assign your setup within 24 hours so you can get started straight away.

  • Both pregnancy and early postpartum require a higher level of support and tailored programming which is covered in our 1:1 Coaching.
