1:1 Coaching is best suited to clients who want ongoing, personalised support with weekly check-ins. It’s ideal if you need custom programming, regular adjustments, or closer accountability than a group-based service can offer.

Check-ins are weekly. You’ll submit a structured update each week, and I’ll review your training, nutrition, recovery and mindset before providing written feedback, guidance and adjustments.

Coaching is delivered using a hybrid system. Custom training and detailed tracking are managed via dedicated Google Sheets, while the app is used for nutrition tracking, recipes, resources & check ins. This allows for a high level of individualisation without losing simplicity.

Yes. 1:1 Coaching is suitable for pregnancy and postpartum clients, provided medical clearance where required. Programming and nutrition support are tailored to your stage, capacity and recovery.

Yes. There is a minimum 10-week commitment. This allows enough time to build momentum, make meaningful progress and adapt the plan properly.

Once your application is approved and onboarding is complete, your coaching setup begins. Turnaround time is within 72hours.

No. Nutrition tracking is available in the app if it’s appropriate for you and your goals, but it’s not mandatory. We will create a strategy that best supports you.
